So why do we get into this analytic advisory business? Over the years of our combined professional, entrepreneurial and business journey of our team of more than 100 years of experience, we have seen many businesses grow profitably and then slumped due to poor management leadership and also poor generational transitioning and succession planning, especially amongst Family Companies.

Many business have developed what we call "success and comfort blind-spots" and become complacent over the years of success. Sadly, they are not aware that their once great business is going downhill very fast. This is in many ways due to the technology and business environment rapid changes.
Hence, many owners and professionals are working in the old business different paradigm which has become obsolete or irrelevant. Unfortunately, these owners are blind to the need for transformation and changes. And we do not know what we do not know. These are our blind-spots that can kill the business over time.
Most owners are financially inadequate or financially illiterate. Previously, we have no or very cumbersome analytical tools to help identify the areas of weaknesses and concerns that we need to measure and take actions to get our business back on track, and to recovery and profitability.
